Raising Funds for the Leland Boosters Supporting 42 Athletic Teams
2022 Goal of $45,000
The proceeds of this event will help offset the costs associated with supporting Leland High School’s
42 different athletic teams as well as the facilities they need.
In addition, the proceeds will help contribute to the funding for:
- 8 athletic scholarships for graduating seniors’
- Salary for an on-site athletic trainer
- Salary for a strength and conditioning specialist
- Coaching stipends not covered by our district
- Equipment upgrades for the weight room
- Uniform replacements
- and many capital improvement projects to further enhance our facilities including
- New sound system
The costs of maintaining high school athletic programs and facilities are great, but with your support Leland High School Athletics can continue their long-standing tradition of success.
2021 Event Funds
With your help, the 2021 Leland Booster Bash raised $37,000 for the Leland Booster.
The proceeds from last year’s event enabled the Leland Booster to purchase the following for the athletes to benefit:
- $8,000 in athletic scholarships
- New trainer’s ice machine (valued at $5,700)
- Gym nets
- Funded Leland’s athletic trainer & strength trainer
