Attire
80s attire is recommended. This event is held indoors and outdoors. Solid bottom shoes are recommended (no heels). Bring layers, it will likely get cold when the sun goes down.
Weather
This event will go on, rain or shine. No refunds.
Inside or Outside?
Activities will take place both indoors and outdoors.
Food & Beverage
Malibu Grill will be catering the evening’s dinner. Additionally, beer & wine will be available. This is not a BYOB event. Kindly consider donating to the Booster by purchasing available beverages.
Onsite Payment
Advance tickets are required. Onsite there will be limited credit/debit card transactions. Kindly bring cash for the bar & Wine Pull.
Auction Items
At the close of the event, all winners will be indicated on the auction sheet and will be contacted via email following. Bidders do not need to be present to win. Dessert Auction winners will be announced at the event and will receive the dessert at the event. Wine Pull will be done as the “pull” is purchased and until supplies run out. Wine will be available at the time guests “pull”.
Wine Pull & Drink Tickets
Onsite there will be limited credit/debit card transactions. Kindly bring cash for the bar & Wine Pull purchases.
Buy Now Table
New this year will be a “Buy Now” table of typical auction items including dessert, bottle beverages and fun Leland Booster gear.
Parking
Please park closest to McKean Rd side of the property. There will be parking attendants there to guide you.
