An Adult Evening of Eating, Judging & Fun
Santa Clara Horsemen’s Association
Event hours: 6 pm – 11 pm
Enjoy an evening full of music, food and fun with other adults in our community.
All guests will enjoy music, chili tasting and judging, dinner, drinks and college style games.
We are expecting approximately 100 of your closest friends, don’t miss out.
Tickets are $50 per person. Tickets include the chili tasting and judging, dinner and drinks. Additional beverages will be available through a cash bar. This is an adult only event (21 and older) held both indoors and outdoors, rain or shine.
All money raised will go directly to LHS sports programs.
Diamond Sponsors $1000
Will be highlighted on the Booster Bash website, including information about your business or charity. Additionally, your logo will be placed on an individual event banner.

What Does My Entree Fee Include?
Each ticket purchased will include chili tasting, dinner, beer, wine, soda and water.

Attire
College attire recommended. Represent your alma mater, your favorite college/university or the school your child has/is/will be attending. This event is primarily held inside, however some events will take place outside. Solid bottom shoes are recommended (no heels). Bring layers, it will likely get cold when the sun goes down.
Weather
This event will go on, rain or shine. Please bring layers and plan accordingly.
Inside or Outside?
The chili tasting, dinner, bar and seating will be indoors. College style games will take place outside.
Seating
We will have tables and folding chairs available for seating.
Food & Beverage
The Chili Cook off committee will provide dinner which includes chili, nachos, hotdogs and corn muffins. Beer & wine included. This is not a BYOB event. Kindly consider donating to the Booster by purchasing other available drink options.
Onsite Payment
Advance tickets are required. Onsite there will be limited credit/debit card transactions. Kindly bring cash for the additional drink options & games.
Event Check In
Check in will take place before entering the building. Please provide the name used for purchasing your ticket to receive your entry wristband.
Parking
Please park closest to McKean Rd side of the property. There will be parking attendants there to guide you.
